  1. kia ora Olivia, I am Imogen and I’m a year 7 student at Paihia School in Te Ngahere. I really like how you had photos of Camels and all of your writing was in the middle of your page. I never knew that Camels store fat in their hump not water. Did you know that Camels have super long eyelashes to keep the sand of of their eyes during a sandstorm.

  2. Kia ora Olivia my name is Mahana I am a year six at Paihia School I like your blog post about Camels because you added lots of information and you showed pictures of Camels to add more detail. It reminds me of when I got to feed a Camel at a zoo in Christchurch. Did you know that Camels have thick lips that let them find and eat prickly plants other animals can’t eat?

  3. Hi Olivia, my name is Jade I amd a year 6 at Paihia School. I like your post about camels. I like it because it is nice to learn about animals in a different country. Did you know that camels are related to mammals. When I am at home I like to learn about mammals. Did you know that we are mammals too?

  4. Kia ora Oliva, my name is Thea and I am a year six student at Paihia School. I really liked your post about camels because it taught me facts about them like how camels use their thick fur coat to protect them from the sun, I thought they would get hot. I liked how you used a caramel colour for the background because it made the pictures of the camels really stand out. Have you ever seen a camel in real life? Keep up the great work!
